As Bryan and I are winding down our Sunday night still ruminating about the Packers loss, he mentioned to me that he had gotten a call from Savvi Formalwear earlier this week expressing concern about my discomfort in the Money Booth (reference Bridal Expo blog). I was caught off-guard by Bryan mentioning this but I do want to reiterate that so far Bryan and I have had no unpleasant interactions at all with any of the vendors I've mentioned in this blog. If I do have anything extremely negative to say about a vendor, I'll keep it to myself and anything that is mentioned on this site is never meant to be malicious.
For right now this blog is a public blog, mainly because I hate the idea of making everyone sign up or create an account to be able to view it. It hadn't even occurred to me though that any company would care what little ol' me was saying! So I'm really impressed that they did care enough to call and apologize.
To be honest, part of the problem was the day of the Expo itself. By the time we got over to their exhibit we had talked to LOTS of vendors, some that had already asked us for money or our contact info or a million other questions. And let's be honest, Bryan could have alleviated the Money Booth issue by just going in himself, but he thought it would be wildly entertaining if I did it (and me being stressed out by that experience is just a product of my own neuroticism). This is no way affects my feelings toward Savvi though! All of their representatives were courteous and friendly that day and have continued to be.
So far I'd give a big thumbs up to everyone we've interacted with, so if anyone is reading this and taking my opinions to heart on any vendors/companies, anyone that has been mentioned on this blog has been extremely helpful and courteous to us including the people of Savvi, David's Bridal, Bed Bath and Beyond, One Six Photography, the Payne-Corley House, and The Georgian Club.
I hope this is an effective disclaimer and if anyone has any questions or concerns, just post a comment or let me know! Now I've got some serious Mario to catch up on on our new TV.
