What an adventure it has been putting all of these pictures up!!! Today, I will reveal the other two locations included in our engagement session. But first, Caroline and Matt were kind enough to post a few more pictures from the portion of the session in the park!
To the left, you can see our shadows as we walk hand-in-hand. Although, I will say I was very concerned with the height and width of my shadow (the ground was slanted!)...which actually did provide a few laughs.
Some of the other pictures not included in the sneak peek were awesome in this part of the park. Another amazing thing? This greenhouse - totally abandoned and probably home to all sorts of microorganisms I don't want to know anything about - was an awesome backdrop for some pictures. This one to the left is of Bryan and I on the outside of the greenhouse and Caroline taking the picture from inside of it (I think it was 598 degrees inside!).
The next two are of us right by it. I actually like the contrast it provided (even though intially I was like, "is this anything to look at?")
The Guinness picture officially moves us on to our next segment of the session. For this, we were lucky enough to be given permission by the wonderful people at Pub 71 in Brookhaven to have a little poker game going between Bryan and I. One great thing about Pub 71 - you can't get Guinness poured better than that anywhere (except maybe Ireland???). But we don't live in Ireland, so if you're in Atlanta and you want a delicious Guinness, go to the Pub. Their food is also awesome. (Yes, I promised I'd advertise...but it really is a great place, trust me!)
Below you can see we brought some of the chips that Bridesmaid Tatum and her hubby Eric made for our engagement party!

Is this really how I go for my chips?? It's so...dainty. Not at all Tomboy-esque. What is happening to me!?! I need to fix this, it could throw my game all off.
Bryan and I decided to truly play a few hands of poker. One of the first hands, of course he gets a set (3-of-a-kind) of nines.

I like this one because it looks like I'm saying, "yeah, yeah, you won the hand". Plus, Bryan had taken all of my chips, so I decided to re-distribute them myself so we could keep playing. By re-distribute, I mean, I took most of them. Hahahahaha.

I'm not sure which hand this was. Or if we had even played one here (or if Bryan just went crazy and stole all the chips). But this is a funny picture. In retrospect, I almost wish I had hammed it up a little more and leapt across the table. But his face in this one is priceless. And I'm thinking: Enjoy it now, when we play for money for reals, you won't have any of those chips. Hahahahaha.
Poker really brings out the romance, doesn't it?

Yes, Bryan was on a straight draw but I had a set of Queens...
And moved ALL IN (including my ring!!)

Ok, so maybe it wasn't the same hand. But I also won a few myself. And afterwards, win or lose, we still love each other...awww....

But Bryan will always see his most dangerous opponent at the poker table: me!

Ok, so we're still at the Pub. It's time for some background (which will explain these pictures). I would expect most of the people reading this blog know this, but you might not. Bryan and I met watching football on a Sunday (the day before my birthday in 2007, to be exact). We were in a bar called Cheyenne Grille. I, at the time, was not wearing a jersey of the Atlanta Falcons. I, instead, was wearing a green jersey of the team that would go onto betray any sense of decency I thought they had. If you still support said Green Team, know it's nothing personal against you. I get it, you live there. Ironically, while I was betrayed by my team not too long ago, I have since adopted the home team (or they have adopted me, however you want to look at it). This should explain why I'm wearing the Falcons jersey if you were wondering.
Additionally, when I met Bryan he was wearing the jersey of a certain quarterback that played for Green Bay forever. That QB's mutiny didn't force Bryan to another team, obviously, but nevertheless we thought it would be adorable to get some pictures with our football jerseys on.

We moved outside the Pub to take some pictures as well. Above, you can see one of those. I'm leaning against Bryan by a small waterfall outside. Finally, below is my favorite picture of this session. I love the sun and how relaxed I look against Bryan. After a long day of poker playing, a girl's gotta relax, you know?

Great! Now what am I going to say for my speech??! :)
